I liked the color a lot at first, and it did fade nicely, but it happened faster than I expected. I’m always a little nervous about products not living up to the hype, so I was watching closely to see if I’d been fooled. It wasn’t terrible, just wish the color had lasted a bit longer.

The colors are still nice and definitely wearable, but they weren’t as bright or vibrant as I expected from the pictures. I was hoping for a bit more pop, so it was a little disappointing. I feel like an apology or at least a clearer photo representation would be fair

I’ve got a sensitive scalp, so I was already a little nervous trying this, but I gave it a go anyway. Not long after putting it on, my scalp started itching and felt really hot, so I ended up rinsing it out earlier than I was supposed to. The colour itself was fine, nothing wrong with that, but the reaction made the whole experience uncomfortable. It might work better for someone else, but I personally wouldn’t use it again unless they made the formula gentler

The prices seemed fair to me, which is mainly why I ordered. The only thing is the shipping felt a little high, even though I guess shipping is just shipping and maybe that’s normal now. Still, if that were a bit cheaper, I’d feel better about buying again...

The color came out nice and it covered most of them, so I don’t really get why anyone would expect it to be absolutely perfect on the first go. I did still have a few stubborn grays showing a little near my hairline, but that happens with a lot of products. Overall, not bad at all, and I’d use it again

But overall, it felt safe and gentle for my hair, and I’m happy with it
